About Royce Ingram
I grew up in a local real estate family in Pensacola, FL. As a REALTOR Assistant at age 16, my job responsibilities included office administrative work, assisting with advertising, preparing listings, and following through with mortgage loan applications. These experiences enabled me to gain a perspective from both sides of real estate transactions, and gave me a great deal of respect for the work REALTORS do for their clients.
After graduating from Flagler College in 2005, I returned home to Pensacola, and began working in the mortgage business. I have heard lots of REALTORS complain about mortgage companies missing their closing dates. I chose to work with Barrett Financial Group because one of their main priorities is closing loans on time, or ahead of time.
Interest rates and fees: I work with 160 different lenders and offer wholesale interest rates along with fees that are very competitive. There's also options for loans with no lender fees!
